Last travel day until next weekend. We took a horseback ride to Waterfall La Fortuna. It took an hour and then a crazy number of stairs (think Masada) and we were there. It was gorgeous and the water was freezing which felt wonderful until we ventured back to the top to get back on our horses. It was humid so I'm happy we are no longer in La Fortuna. We traveled back to San Jose which was much less pleasant than our trip out there. The bus was packed including people standing with poor air circulation and no leg room. I am now quite sore recovering from these past few days.
Tomorrow we will get up and travel to Orosí to get to he language school and meet our host parents. It should be good :)
How did it compare to that waterfall in Kauai?
